Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using BoardGen.app. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Acceptance of Terms

  • •By accessing and using BoardGen.app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
  • •If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

  • •BoardGen.app is a service that uses artificial intelligence to generate project management boards in Notion.
  • •The service creates structured task boards with tasks, subtasks, priorities, and effort estimates based on user-provided project descriptions.
  • •We offer different subscription tiers with varying limits on the number of boards that can be created per month.

User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • •You may be required to provide an email address to use certain features of the service.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • •Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • •You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at andrewtbbusiness@gmail.com.
  • •Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • •We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • •All subscription fees are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Billing, Refunds, and Payment Terms

  • •All subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase. There are no hidden fees.
  • •Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
  • •Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase by emailing andrewtbbusiness@gmail.com.
  • •After the 7-day period, refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  • •No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused board allocations.
  • •If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is successfully processed.
  • •All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary by region due to currency conversion and local taxes.
  • •You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction.

Usage Limits

  • •Free Plan: 1 board per month
  • •Pro Plan: 10 boards per month
  • •Team Plan: 50 boards per month
  • •Usage limits reset monthly. Unused boards do not roll over to the next month.
  • •We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice.

Notion API Integration and Disclaimer

  • •To use this service, you must connect your Notion workspace by providing a Notion integration token.
  • •You are responsible for the security of your Notion token and for ensuring your Notion integration has appropriate permissions.
  • •We use your Notion token solely to create boards in your workspace as requested by you.
  • •You can disconnect your Notion workspace at any time by removing your token through our service or by revoking access in your Notion settings.
  • •IMPORTANT: BoardGen.app is not created by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Notion Labs, Inc. 'Notion' is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.
  • •We are an independent third-party service that uses Notion's public API. We are not responsible for Notion's API availability, rate limits, or policy changes.
  • •Notion may revoke API access, change their API terms, or modify their service at any time without notice to us or you.
  • •We are not liable for any issues arising from Notion API failures, rate limiting, or changes to Notion's terms of service.
  • •You must comply with Notion's Terms of Service and API Usage Guidelines when using this service.
  • •If Notion revokes your integration access or changes their API, we cannot guarantee continued service functionality.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

  • •You are responsible for the content you provide when generating boards.
  • •You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • •You agree not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the service.
  • •You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to create content in your Notion workspace.
  • •You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse BoardGen.app or its APIs.
  • •You agree not to abuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass usage limits, creating excessive API requests, or using automated tools to generate boards in violation of these terms.
  • •You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
  • •You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Notion integration tokens.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • •BoardGen.app uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate project boards and task lists based on your input.
  • •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.
  • •AI-generated tasks, descriptions, priorities, and effort estimates are suggestions only and may not be appropriate for your specific project needs.
  • •You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated content before using it in your projects.
  • •We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of AI-generated content.
  • •AI models may produce errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your intended project scope.
  • •You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided 'as is' without any warranties or guarantees.

Intellectual Property

  • •The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BoardGen.app and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • •Generated boards created in your Notion workspace are your property.
  • •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service without our written permission.

Service Availability

  • •We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • •We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
  • •We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or discontinuation.

Limitation of Liability

  • •BoardGen.app is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of generated boards or AI-generated content.
  • •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

  • • • API failures or service interruptions
  • • • Unauthorized access to your account or Notion workspace
  • • • Misuse of your Notion integration token
  • • • Inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated content
  • • • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • •Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
  • •Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

  • •You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoardGen.app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

  • •We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.
  • •Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
  • •All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

  • •Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • •Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
  • •You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
  • •If arbitration is not available or enforceable, any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the United States.
  • •You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or such claim is forever barred.
